Measurement Accuracy and Test Method of Digital Oscilloscope

数字示波器的测量精度和分辨率,受多种误差因素的影响,系统噪声和孔径时间等动态误差是影响性能降低的典型原因。本文对动态误差作了理论分析和计算,并提出了容易实现的动态测试方法,它考虑了系统的所有动态非线性误差,具有不附加本身的任何失真到测试过程的优点,并提供了清晰易懂的结果。

Measurement accuracy and resolution of digital oscilloscope is effected by several Kinds of error factors. The dgnamic error such as system noise and aperture time is typical factor to reduoe oscilloscope's speeification. This paper theoretically analyses and caculates dynamic error and suggested an easily realized dynamic test method. It has taken account of all dynamic non-linear error of sjstem and has advantage of excleusion any distortion of oscilloscope to test process and then gave a clear and understandable results.
