成组计划在人工气道护理技术管理中的实践与体会

The practice and experience of group project in the clinical management of artificial airway nursing

目的 通过循证理念解决人工气道护理技术中存在的若干问题,降低并发症的发生率.方法 回顾分析2005年1～6月我院综合ICU在人工气道护理操作方面存在的问题,根据这些问题查阅大量文献资料并汇总讨论,最后确定答案并指导实施,即实施成组计划.结果 实施成组计划后痰痂形成、面部皮肤损伤、气囊破裂的发生率较实施成组计划前降低（P＜0.05）.结论 成组计划运用循证理念可解决人工气道护理技术中的问题并推动护理研究,解决人工气道护理技术中的难点.

Objective To solve several problems in the techniques of artificial airway nursing according to the principle of Evidence - Based Medicine and to reduce the incidence rate of complications. Methods The existent problems in the artificial airway nursing from January to June in 2005 in ICU were retrospectively analyzed. Aimed at the problems, literature review was conducted and summarized. The resolution method was identified through the results of literature review and group discussion ,which was implemented in the practice. Results After the practice of group project, the incidence rate of scabby sputum formation,facial skin damage and balloon rupture were significantly lower than before （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Group project could solve the problems in the artificial airway nursing according to the principle of Evidence - Based Medicine and promote the nursing research to conquer the difficulties in the technique of artificial airway nursing.
