浅析军队医院开展主诊医师负责制中的护理管理工作

Study on nursing management in the responsibility system of charge doctors in military hospitals

目的通过实践对军队医院开展主诊医师负责制中的护理管理工作进行分析。方法指出主诊医师负责制开展过程中的护理管理工作,并对思想认识、队伍质量、关系协调、风险管理、绩效考核等方面存在的问题作了阐述。结果真正树立以病人为中心的护理服务理念;进行人事制度改革及加快护理骨干培养;做好各类人员之间的协调工作;规范护理学科内部控制制度建设;按劳分配,多劳多得齐抓共赢市场、战场双重效应。结论使护理管理工作顺应医疗新模式的开展。

Objective To analyze the problems in nursing management in the responsibility system of charge doctors in military hospital. Method The problems in nursing management in the responsibility system of charge doctors were analyzed from the following aspects, such as the thought, the quality of medical staff,the harmony of personnel relationship,risk management,and performance appraisal. Results The results indicated that it is necessary to set up the ＂patient - centered＂ nursing service philosophy, reform the personnel system and strengthen the training of key nursing resources, harmonize personnel relationship, standardize the regulations of internal control of nursing, implement the rules of distribution according to work, and pay attention both to the economic and military affairs at the same time. Conclusion This practice promoted nursing management to adapt to the new medical mode.
