摘要
对新加坡护理人员的招聘形式,护理人员的配置、使用、培训,高级护理人才的培养等方面进行了介绍,使护理人员对新加坡护理人力资源管理现状有一定了解,对我国护理人力资源的管理、改革有一定启示。
This article introduced the employment form ,nurse staffing, utilizing and training,and the training of senior talented nursing staff in Singapore, which provided a general picture of the management of nursing human resources in Singapore for nursing staff in China. It has some enlightenment for the management and reform of nursing human resources in China.
