摘要 目的了解卫生学校(简称“卫校”)学生的心理健康状况,为开展青年学生心理健康教育提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对1690名卫校学生进行问卷调查。结果有45.1%的学生存在不同程度的心理健康问题;卫校一年级学生在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子上较明显,三年级学生在人际关系和偏执因子上较明显;独生子女在躯体化、焦虑、偏执等3项因子上明显高于非独生子女;不同专业、不同性别学生的心理状况无显著性差异。结论卫校学生的心理健康问题比较普遍,学校应切实加强学生的心理健康教育,对不同阶段、不同特征的人群有针对性地开展工作。 Objective To investigate the psychological health status of students in secondary health school and to supply scientific evidence for youth students psychological education. Methods Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL- 90) was adopted to survey 1690 secondary health school students. Results 45.1% of all students had psychological problems. Mainly serious symptom factors of students in grade 1 were compulsive, depression, anxiety and terror, and students in grade 3 were interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid ideation. Among students of the only-child, somatization, anxiety and paranoid ideation were more significant than those in the non-only-child. There were no significant statistic differences among different specialties and different genders. Conclusion Psychological health problems are common among secondary health school students. More attention should be paid on the students' psychological health.
