摘要
公司治理在市场经济发展中一直扮演着非常重要的角色。中国政府将建立有效的公司治理结构视为“现代企业制度”建设的核心内容,而在日益开放的经济环境下使得全面系统地处理这一问题显得尤为紧要。对现今一些比较成功的公司治理机制理论加以研究,以期为中国公司治理理论的发展提供一些新的视角和研究参考,从而为中国公司发展提供些许借鉴。
Company governance has been playing a very vital role in the development of market economy. The Chinese government has already referred the establishment of efficient company govemanee mechanism as the core content of the setting up of ＂modem enterprise system＂. Especially in the progressively opening economic environment, comprehensively and systematically handling this issue turns out to be very crucial. Based on the research of current company governance mechanism theory of some successful companies, this thesis aims to provide some new dimensions of observation and research referenees for the development of management mechanism theory of Chinese companies, and thereby useful experienees for them.
