摘要
目的：探讨呼吸机撤机的临床护理措施。方法：掌握撤机指征，加强营养支持，密切观察病情变化．正确撤机。结果：本组撤机过程2～5d，成功撤机45例，1例胸外伤合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者因心衰死亡。结论：选择恰当的撤机时机与撤机方式并做好撤机后气道护理，可有效预防肺部及呼吸道感染，是成功撤机的关键。
Objective： To explore clinical nursing care of the evacuation of respirator. Methods： Grasp the indications, supportive nutrition and close observation were used in the evacuation. Conclusion： Choosing appropriate period and manner, giving tube nursing, preventing infection to reduce pulmonary and respiratory disease are the keys to ensure the evacuation of respirator. Results： The course was 2 to 5 days,45 cases of success, one chest injury merging chronic obstructive pulmonary disease died because of heart failure.
