舌癌根治术后前臂游离皮瓣修复18例护理体会

Experience of nursing care of 18 cases in forearm free skin flaps prothesis following the radical operation of carcinoma of tongue

目的:探讨舌癌根治术后前臂游离皮瓣修复的护理方法。方法:对18例舌癌根治术患者行前臂游离皮瓣修复,术前实施心理护理和针对性训练,术后严密观察病情,防止皮瓣静脉危象发生。结果:术后出现皮瓣血管危象1例,经皮瓣抢救和其它处理,18例全部成活。结论:术前行心理护理和针对性训练,术后仔细观察皮瓣是手术成功的关键。

Objective： To explore methods of nursing care in forearm free skin flaps prothesis following the radical operation of carcinoma of tongue. Methods： Forearm free skin flaps prothesis was applied to 18 patients, corresponding nursing and observation were taken after the operation, in order to prevent flap vein crisis and ensure the survival of the transplanted flaps. Results： Flap vein crisis occurred only in one case after which was released by flap salvage and other measures. The flaps in all cases survived. Conclusion： Psychological nursing before the operation, training and observation after the surgical operation are key factors in the successful transplantation of flaps.
