40例婴幼儿心脏手术体外循环的护理体会 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨13kg以下婴幼儿心脏手术体外循环的护理方法。方法:对40例心脏手术患儿加强体外循环护理,保护心肌,维持电解质和酸碱平衡。结果:本组体外循环时间28~266min,阻断时间14—137min,心脏全部自动复跳,转流过程平稳,未出现与体外循环相关的并发症,1例死亡与体外循环无关。结论:低体重婴幼儿体外循环期间加强心肌保护,维持适当的晶胶比及血液稀释,尽量缩短手术时间是保证手术成功的关键。
