摘要
使用化学复合镀工艺获得了Ni-P-SiC金属陶瓷镀层材料,镀层中SiC质点分布均匀。利用差热分析曲线讨论了可获得较好耐磨性能的热处理制度,比较了Ni-P-SiC和Ni-P镀层的硬度和耐磨性能。
Ni - P - SiC metal - ceramic coating material has been acquired by suing the technology of chemical composite plating. The SiC particles distribute in the coating uniformly. The heat treatment schedule, corresponding good abrasion resistance, is discussed by means of the curve of differential thermal analysis. Hardness and abrasion resistance are compared between Ni - P - SiC and Ni -P.
