摘要
近年来国内学者在企业社会责任方面已取得不少研究成果,但很少有人对这个概念在我国当前的适用性提出讨论和质疑。本文首先对中外企业的特征进行了深入比较分析,认为企业社会责任的概念并不适合我国企业的特征。在此基础上提出适合当前我国企业特征的社会责任概念——商人社会责任,并将其与企业社会责任概念进行对比,分析了这个概念的优点和价值。
this article analyses the process of emergence and development of corporate social responsibility, and compares the characteristics of Chinese corporate with that of the American corporate. Based on the analysis and the characteristics, the paper proposes the concept businessman social responsibility. At the last part, this paper analyses the characteristics and the value of the concept.
