青南藏区大学生就业问题与职业教育

Vocational Education and Employmention in Southern of Qinghai Province

青南地区主要包括黄南、果洛和玉树三个藏族自治州,地处高原,环境闭塞,信息资源闭塞。经济方面以牧业生产为主,这里有地域辽阔、资源丰富的自然优势,同时又受地理以及人文等多方面因素的影响,文化教育相对落后,是青海省最贫困的地区之一。本文根据青南地区就业过程中存在的主要问题,提出大力发展职业教育,同时,针对发展中存在的主要问题,就如何发展职业教育,提高就业能力提出几点建议。

Develop vocational education is an important strategy for continued economic growth and sustainable development. It can not only increase one＇ s ability of obtaining job, but also creates more employment opportunities. According to the existing educational problems and difficulties of the southern areas of Qinghai province of China, this article provides some suggestions for developing vocational education.
