新闻档案是信息的一种记录形式,蕴含着丰富的信息资源。利用现代化信息管理设备开发和利用新闻档案资料,加强信息编研工作,收集和整理现有新闻信息,提高档案人员素质,实现档案信息社会化服务,是时代的要求。
The news archives is a kind of form recording information. It contains very abundant information resources. Wemust strengthen developing and using the news archives resources, editting and studying the news archivesinformation, collectting and arranging the news, we have had and strengthen management of the news archives, improving the quality of manager.
