Intellectual property problem is a frontline problem in international community. In MNC＇s hands, intellectual property is not only implemented from law approach, but also taken as an effective market tactic. In order to construct a socialist country rich of Chinese characteristics, we must make and implement our state intellectual property strategy, to build an innovating country.
