摘要
经济全球化的到来和市场竞争的加剧,使得谈判成为企业和个人赖以生存和发展的工具。谈判类型和判断谈判成功的标准很多,企业和个人要根据自己的实际情况积极做好谈判前的准备工作,并正确使用谈判技巧,达到目的。
With the coming of economic globalization and market competition's intensification, negotiation became a tool for enterprise and individual's survive and development. There are many kinds of negotiation and different standards to evaluate the success of negotiation. Enterprise or individual should actively prepare the negotiation beforehand according to one's practical situation, and correctly use negotiation techniques, in order to achieve the aim.
