摘要
对钢锭凝固过程进行实测和计算机凝固模拟计算,研究了钢锭凝固时的偏析问题,结果表明凝固模拟计算是预测分析大型钢锭凝固进程的有效手段。由此,通过凝固冷却条件能预测钢锭中产生偏析的可能性,并进一步寻求减少和消除偏析的方法。
y carrying on the test on ingot solidification and computer analog calculation of solidification,the segregation during ingot solidification has been studied.The results show that analog calculation on solidification is an effective way to predict and to analyze the solidification process of large scale ingots.Therefore,the possibility of segregation in ingots can be predicted by solidification and cooling conditions.And also we can take further steps to search for the ways of reducing and removing segregation.
