热连轧窄带钢自适应控制在线确定增益系数的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对热连轧窄带钢稳态轧制过程中自适应增益系数α的确定进行探讨,以450mm热连轧机为仿真对象,分析各种影响α的因素,用数理统计中未知方差σ2的参数区间估计方法确定实测数据的置信概率,用参数寻优法建立了α和实测数据置信概率之间的定量关系,为在线确定α值提供了依据。 his paper discusses determination of the self adaptivegain coefficient α during the steady rolling of hot rollde strip.Taking 450 mm hot rolling mill as a simulating subject,various kinds of factors influencing gain coefficiect α have been analyzed.The confidence probability of the tested data was determined by the way of mathematical statisties in which the paramer region of unknown variance σ 2 is estimated.The quantitative relationship between gain coefficient α and the confidence probability of testde data was set up by the way of parameter optimation.This has provided basis for the on line detemination of gain coeficient α.
