摘要
从实用的角度侧重对冷轧厂米巴赫焊机电流分流值过高及其危害进行了深入的分析，通过三轮次的采用国产３２４０环氧酚醛层压玻璃布板制成的绝缘件，彻底解决了焊机底座短路“打火”的重大隐患。
This paper mainly provided the further analysis on the shunting overcurrent of Mibarth welder and its dangers.The insulated piece is made from the domestic 3240 phenolic laminated board.In this way,the danger of short circuit on welder base has been completely removed.
