Fe-Ni-Cr系软磁合金的正交实验研究

摘要 在正交实验基础上,采用方差分析方法,研究了两种成分软磁合金在不同热轧变形量、退火温度、保温时间及冷却方式等工艺条件下,磁性能的变化规律.结果表明,化学成分是影响软磁合金磁化率的最主要因素,其次是热变形量和退火温度.得出提高该材料磁化率的最优工艺方案为:配料应接近第一种试样钢成分,热变形量应20%以下,退火温度650℃,保温时间30 min. The magnetic property of the Fe-Ni-Cr aLloy was studied by means of orthngonal experiments under different process conditions using variance analysis. The process parameters are hot rolling deformation,annealing lemperature,holding times and type of cooling.The experimental results show that the chemical composition is the major factor affecting the property of the magnetical soft material Fe-Ni-Cr, the next factors are the annealing temperature and the hot roiling deformation.The excellent technique of improving the magnetic susceptibility is that, the component should come close to the fast sample and the hot rolling deformation is 20% while the annealing temperature is 650℃ with the holding time being about 30 minute.
