摘要
本文针对大学英语四、六级考试（CET-4/CET-6）的发展历程,以及对教育、教学的影响,指出了CET已经到急需改革的时刻,并提出了运用信息技术手段改良CET的设想和一些具体的实现手段.
According to the development course of College English Test（CET-4/CET-6）and effects on instructional teaching,the paper points out that CET has already been in the urgent fefonming moment,and proposes the assumption of using information technology means to improve CET and some concrete realizing measures.
