为了合理开发利用、有效保护地下水资源,进行地下水超采区的划定是非常必要的。确定"地下水开采控制水位"是划定地下水超采区的依据。一个地区的"地下水开采控制水位"应充分考虑当地水文地质条件、主要开采目的层的地下水流场特征,并紧密结合当地经济建设的需求,进行分析研究后合理确定。
