Optimization of Metallurgical Properties of Complex BF Burdens

摘要 检测分析了单一炉料及综合炉料的冶金性能,并与其他企业的综合炉料的冶金性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,通过合理配矿不仅能提高烧结矿和球团矿的铁品位,而且能改善其冶金性能;包钢烧结矿具有良好的还原性和低温还原粉化性能,但熔融滴落区间较宽,继续降低包钢精矿中的氟、钾、钠含量,适当增加入炉原料中普通矿或澳块矿的比例,有利于其冶金性能的改善。对包钢综合炉料结构进行了优化,提出了改进的方向。 In order to improve quality of BF burden, by analyzing metallurgical properties of single and mixed burden at Baogang, and comparing them with those of other enterprises, the structure of mixed burden was optimized. The results show that rational ore blending can increase grade and improve metallurgical properties. The sinters produced with optimized burden has good reducibility and reduced powdering ability at low temperature with relative wide melting down region, therefore, content of F, K and Na of the concentrate should be further reduced; the portion of ordinary ores or lump ore from Australia in raw materials should be increased to improve metallurgical properties.
