包覆纱是一种以有捻或无捻纤维为纱芯,外面包缠连续长丝的复合纱。文章简要介绍了包覆纱成纱机理,重点说明了锦纶/Modal粗纱包覆纱的纺制过程、技术关键及其注意事项,并对成纱性能进行了测试和分析。

Covered yarn isa complex yarn with twisted or twist- less fiber as the core and continuous filament wrapping around the core. In this paper, the yarn-forming principle of covered yarn is introduced, the process, key technological points and tipsfor spinning polyamide/Modal roving covered yarn are particularly introduced, and the mechanical properties of the yarn are tested and analyzed.
