文章对新词新语的界定问题,旧词产生新义算不算新词语的问题,字母构成、数字构成算不算词的问题,新词新语应用中的特殊语法现象问题,多音节词和缩略词的同步滋生以及缩略词与原词语结构的不等同性问题以及新词新语的规范等相关问题进行了思考和探讨。

This article primarily touches upon following problems： the definition of neology and neologism, whether neology deriving from father words and those composed of letters and number could be defined as new words, the special syntax in applying neology and neologism, the problem of polyphony words＇ simultaneity with breviary words. Also attention has been given to discuss the structural differences between breviary words and father words and the criterion for neology and neologism.
