NK细胞及其在白血病免疫治疗中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 自然杀伤(NK)细胞在天然免疫和特异性免疫中的作用越来越受到重视。在天然免疫过程中,NK细胞对靶细胞的作用不受主要组织相容性复合物-I(MHC-I)分子限制,即以不表达MHC-I类分子的细胞为靶细胞,如肿瘤细胞、病毒感染细胞等。在白血病治疗方面,NK细胞作为免疫治疗手段的研究有很大进展。本文就NK细胞和白血病细胞之间的作用机制,以及NK细胞在治疗白血病方面的应用前景作一综述。
