摘要
加入世贸组织后,我国将减让关税、取消非关税壁垒,给予国外公司石化产品贸易权和分销权,中国石化工业将面对来自跨国公司、周边国家和中东国家石油石化工业的巨大竞争压力。面对世界石化工业日益激烈的竞争,实施有效的成本管理,全方位降低成本,无疑是解决我国石化企业问题的良策之一。从我国国情出发,建议通过转变观念,强化管理,完善财务分析,加强资金管理、优化投资结构,减员增效,降低人工成本和管理费用、财务费用,改善生产技术水平,实现规模经济等手段,不断提高自身竞争力。
After WTO entry, China is reducing tariff and eliminating non - tariff barriers, and will grant foreign companies the rights to trade and distribute petrochemical products. Therefore, the national petrochemical industry will be facing fierce competition from multi - national giants and the petrochemical companies from neighboring countries and those from Middle East. To take effective cost management and reduce the cost by all means is one of the best strategies that should be taken by the Chinese petrochemical enterprises. Starting from the actual conditions in China, several suggestions for the enterprises to raise their competitive capabilities were put forward, such as enhancing financial analysis, strengthening capital management, reducing labor cost as well as management and financial expenses, improving production technologies and striving for scale economy.
