摘要 为了实现框肋类零件弯边展开尺寸的精确计算,结合飞机框肋类零件的几何特征,提出了一套针对飞机框肋类零件的弯边展开计算方法,并介绍了斜角值的计算方法,较好地解决了飞机钣金零件的设计和展开问题,此算法可用于开发相应的自动展开算法软件。 In order to realize the precision calculation of flat pattern development (FPD) for aircraft SMCs, combining with the geometry of aircraft SMC, the calculation methods of FPD for the flange of aircraft SM/Cs and calculation methods of the bevels value were presented, which can solve the problems on design and unfolding of aircraft SMCs. Based on these methods, software systems were developed for automated FPD.
