小样本条件下某机载设备挂架结构的可靠性研究

摘要 某机载设备挂架结构的工作应力属于小样本事件,本文针对该结构利用有限元进行应力分析,以分析结果为样本,分别建立了结构工作应力与外载荷及结构尺寸的非线性映射关系。在此基础上形成了应力-强度干涉模型,并对结构进行了可靠性分析,得出了载荷波动对可靠性的影响大于尺寸波动的影响,为挂架结构的可靠性优化设计奠定了基础。 The working stress of a certain airborne equipment structure of the hanging device should be regarded as a small sample incident. According to this structure, this thesis takes advantage of finite element to analyze stress. Basing on the annalistic results of the sample, we set up the non - linear mapping relationship between structural working stress and exterior load or structural dimension. In this way, we create the stress - intensity interference model and analyze the reliability of the structure. Finally, we get to know that load fluctuation affects reliability much more than dimension fluctuation does and this research will make good preparation for reliability optimization design of structure of the hanging device.
