摘要
近年来,欧美学术界越来越重视研究顾客消费情感对顾客消费心理和消费行为的影响。本文概述了营销学中消费情感研究的现状,并在大量服务营销文献研究的基础上,对顾客消费情感的内涵、计量方法及影响因素进行了述评,最后对我国顾客消费情感研究的未来提出了若干建议。
In recent years,a growing body of consumer studies researches the consumption emotions.The authors summarized the consumption emotions research currently,and made a comment on the conception,measurement ot consumption emotions and the factors which can influence consumer emotions.Finally,the authors gave some suggestions about the future of consumer emotions research in China.
