钩针疗法治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛疗效观察

Observations on the curative effect of hook needle acupuncture on shoulder pain after apoplectic hemiplegia

目的观察钩针疗法治疗中风偏瘫后肩痛的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为钩针组和毫针组,比较两组疗效、疼痛改善程度、ADL积分及肌力。结果与结论钩针组基本痊愈率及总有效率为56.7%、96.7%,毫针组分别为23.3%和80.0%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);钩针组在缓解疼痛、肌力改善情况、总的生活活动能力提高上优于毫针组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of hook needle acupuncture on shoulder pain after apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to hook needle and filiform needle groups. The curative effects, degrees of pain relief, ADL scores and myodynamia were compared between the two groups. Results and Conclusion The basic recovery, rate and the total efficacy rate were 56.7% and 96.7%, respectively, in the hook needle group and 23.3% and 80.0%, respectively, in the filiform needle group, there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0.01 ; P〈0.05）. The pain was relieved and myodynamia and ability in daily life improved more in the hook needle group than in the filiform needle group （P〈0.05; P〈0.01 ）.
