摘要
目的与方法对比观察运用针刺行气通督法和传统针刺法治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。结果行气通督治疗组总有效率为98.7%,传统取穴对照组总有效率为92.1%,经统计学处理,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论行气通督法治疗周围性面瘫疗效较对照组传统治疗方法优。尤其对顽固性面瘫效果佳,说明用本法治疗可明显缩短顽固性面瘫疗程,提高治愈率。
Objective and Methods To compare the clinical efficacy of qi-circulating and Du channel-unblocking acupuncture with conventional acupuncture for treating peripheral facial paralysis. Resulls The total efficacy rate was 98.7% in the qi-circulating and Du channel-unblocking treatment group and 92.1% in the conventional point selection control group. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the two （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Qi-circulating and Du channel-unblocking treatment is superior to conventional treatment for peripheral facial paralysis. Especially, the treatment has a good effect on refractory facial paralysis, indicating that it can obviously shorten the course of treatment for refractory facial paralysis and increase the cure rate.
