摘要 以农大糯麦1号和藁城8901为亲本,配制杂交组合,I2-KI染色法鉴定F1和BC1的糯性和非糯性。结果表明,利用I2-KI染色法鉴定的糯性材料,糯性遗传稳定。对F1或BC1单株上收获的籽粒直接用I2-KI染色法鉴定选择糯性材料,结合温室加代,可缩短育种进程。 The hybridization was carried out between waxy wheat Nongda 1 and Gaocheng 8901, FI and BCI from this hybridization were identified by I2-KI-stained. The results showed that the waxy character of FI and BCI identified by I2-KI-stain could inherit stably. So the seeds from FI and BCI plants could be stained with I2-KI to select waxy wheat directly, and then the waxy seeds would be planted in greenhouse to accelerate the breeding progress.
