华山松无性系种子园结实量与种实性状的关系

Studies on Fruiting Quantity of Pinus armandii Clones in the Seed Orchard and the Seed Quality

以云南楚雄紫溪山华山松无性系种子为研究对象,对该园95个无性系的球果结实量及20个无性系种子的性状进行分析研究.结果表明:华山松无性系之间结实量的年度方差分量不同,但遗传力在中上水平,表明结实量有一定的稳定性.不同种源间的结实量差异极显著.种实性状与结实量之间的相关性不显著,由此认为:华山松在选择育种中将结实量作为选择指标,既不会影响种子的质量,且具有很大的经济潜力.

Successive observation was carried out in clonal seed orchard of Pinus armandii, which is located in Zixishan Mountainous area, Chuxiong, Yunnan, and the studies on fruiting quantity of 95 clones and seed quality of 20 clones were carried out from 2001 to 2004. It was showed by the results that there was significant genetic variation in fruiting quantity among the clones and the variance fraction varied in different years. But the heritability of fruiting maintained at a higher level. The analysis demonstrated that there was stability on the average cone production among clones, which showed the possibility to select high fruit yield clones. There was also extremely significant difference in fruiting quantity among different provenances. There was no significant correlation between the fruiting quantity and seed quality. It was indicated that selecting the clones by fruiting index would not influence on the seed quality, showing great economic potential to take fruiting character as the final goal in selective breeding of Pinus armandii.
