摘要
75-00型复合式可消毒pH传感系统由复合式可消毒pH玻璃电极和具有压力补偿的不锈钢护套二部分构成,其中玻璃电极由吹制成圆柱形的pH敏感膜、Ag/Agcl内外参比电极、内外参比溶液和多孔陶瓷隔膜等构成。圆柱形pH敏感玻璃膜厚度为0.4~0.5mm,耐磨,机械强度高,耐化学腐蚀,内参比溶液高温稳定。可根据科学研究和发酵工业的实际需要制成形态各异的电极形式。在120~130℃高温下,于发酵罐内经过30次热压消毒,电极的零电位(E_O)漂移近20mV。电阻从200MΩ升到近500MΩ,理论转换系数>96%,响应时间<2min。pH响应范围为0~14,护套耐化学侵蚀,气密性好。
75-00 sterilizable pH sensitive system includes a complex sterilizable pH glass electrode and a stainless steel retainer with pressure compcnsatjon.The glass electrode involves Ag/AgCl inside and outside reference electrodes and solutions,a porous ceramic diaphragm and a pH sensitive glass membrane blown to a cylindrical Shape which is wear-proof,mechanically robust,resistant to chemical corrosion,and is of 0.4~0.5mm thickness.The inside referenee solution is stable at high temperature.Various shapes of electrode can be made as required in scientific research and ferment industry.The experimental results show that the zero potential shift is about 20mV after repeated sterilization cycles at 120°~138℃,resistance rinses from 200MΩ to about 500MΩ,theoretical transformation coefficient>96%.response time<2min,pH response ranges from 0 to 14,and the retainer is also resistant to Chemical attack,and air-tight.
