摘要
针对江西省山洪灾害防治监测、通信、预警系统的现状和存在的问题,分别阐述了监测系统、通信系统、预警系统及警报反馈系统的规划方案,并运用先进的信息化手段,形成一个覆盖全省的山洪灾害监测、通信及预警系统.
Aimed at the present situation and the existing problems of the control, monitoring, communication and precautionary system of freshet disaster in Jiangxi province, the plan schemes of the monitoring system, communication system, precautionary system and warning feedback system were detailly stated. By means of the advanced informationization method, the system of monitoring, communication and precaution of fleshet disaster for our province scale was built.
