Waterproofing for through-wall piping in basement of high- rise building

通过分析某高层建筑地下室穿墙管道渗漏水的原因,从防水材料的性能和不同施工部位的特点方面考虑,提出了多道防水的堵漏方案,实验室验证及工程实践均证明了该方案的可行性。

The main reasons for waterproofing failure in throughwall piping in basement of high-rise building were analyzed. Some ways to deal with the problems were put forward by taking properties of waterproof materials and working conditions at different locations into consideration. They were proven out in lab and practice.
