摘要 激素和脂肪细胞因子可以调控脂肪组织的生长、分化及机体脂肪沉积。胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)等激素可促进脂肪沉积,而生长激素(GH)可以促进脂肪分解。脂肪组织自分泌的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、脂联素(adiponectin)、瘦素(leptin)等脂肪细胞因子可促进脂肪分解。 Growth and differentiation processes of adipose tissues could be regulated by hormones and adipocytokins. Hormones such as insulin (INS) and insulin-like growth factors (IGF-1)could promote adipogenesis and thus lead to fat deposition,while hormone such as growth hormone (GH) could promote adipolysis.Adipocytokins produced by adipose tissue,including tumor necrosis factor-or (TNF-α), adiponectin and leptin ,could inhibit adipogenesis and promote lipolysis. The molecular mechanism of fat deposition regulated by hormones and adipocytokins is helpful for seeking the theory of improving the meat quality of livestock and birds.
