摘要
设计制造并测试了一种单片集成电路温度传感器,其工作温度范围为-55℃~150℃这种三端集成电路与一个外电阻一起,构成一个不受温度影响的可校准电流源,在最佳工作条件下,1μA/K的量程内可达到的绝对精度为±0.5℃。
A monolithic IC temperature transducer with an operating temperature range of -55℃ to +150℃ has been designed, fabrica ted,and tested. The three terminal IC. which are used with one external resistor, is a calibrated temperature-dependent current source.Overall absolute accuracy of ±0.5℃ from - 55℃ to +150℃ hase been achieved on a scale of 1μA/K under optimum operating conditions.
