多层螺旋CT轴位扫描图像与MPR图像空间分辨率和低对比度分辨率的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的本文通过实验对多层螺旋CT轴位扫描图像与Z轴MPR图像的空间分辨率和低对比度分辨率进行了定量分析比较。方法通过分别将Catphan500模体中CTP538与CTP515模块以不同方向浸入自制同等密度的葡萄糖溶液,在MDCT下进行扫描。结果在相同扫描的参数下,轴位扫描图像的空间分辨率和低对比度分辨率比对应的MPR图像好,但相差并不显著,且选择薄层扫描可以使MPR图像更接近轴位扫描图像。结论结合临床的特点,本文提出合理地使用MPR技术的建议。 Objectives In this paper a test was carried on to analyze quantitatively the spatial resolution and low contrast resolution of both the normal image and MPR image. Methods From perpendicularly directions immersed the CTP538 and CTPS15 modules of CatphanS00 in confected dextrose liquor which density was identity with the modules CTPS15 we scanned them in MDCT respectively. Result It was indicated that under the same scanning conditions both of the resolutions and low contrast resolution of the axes location image is superior to that of MPR image. But the difference is not very notable. The thinner scanning slice be used, the smaller difference between the two types of images. Conclusions In the end of this paper, some suggestions on the clinical using of MPR were put forward.
