43名癔病女兵心理护理研究

Psychological nursing for 43 women-soldiers with hysteria

目的探讨癔病女兵患者心理特点。方法对43例癔病女兵患者发病期进行心理护理,并采用症状自测量表(SCL-90)对癔病女兵在护理前后进行心理测评并做比较分析。结果癔病女兵患者入院时躯体化(2.15±0.60)、强迫(2.00±0.49)、人际关系(2.18±0.52)、焦虑(2.29±0.80)、抑郁(1.98±0.66)、敌对(1.96±0.62)、恐怖(1.67±0.49)、偏执(1.94±0.89)、精神病性(2.03±0.76)9个因子显著高于国内常模(P<0.01),治疗和心理护理后9个因子均有明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论针对性的心理护理,可以显著改善癔病女兵的病态心理。

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics of hysteria patients of women-soldiers. Methods Psychological nursing was performed in 43 hysteria patients of women- soldiers. SCL-90 was used to examine and evaluate their mentality before and after nursing, and the statistic data was analyzed. Results 9 factors in SCL-90 were higher in scores than in Chinese populace norm（P〈0.01）： somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relation, anxiety, depression, hostility, horror, paranoid state, psychosis. After treatment, all the factors were improved with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Pertinent psychological nursing need to be performed to improve the mentality of hysteria patients of women-soldiers.
