护理干预对鼻咽癌患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on the cancer related fatigue and quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨护理干预措施对鼻咽癌患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机对照试验方法,应用简易疲乏量表(BFI)和癌症患者生活质量评估问卷(EORTCQLQ-C30)对80例鼻咽癌患者进行调查,以评估针对癌因性疲乏的护理干预前后患者疲乏程度及生活质量分值的变化。结果护理干预后鼻咽癌患者患者疲乏程度减轻,生活质量分值提高。结论针对癌因性疲乏的护理干预措施能有效减低鼻咽癌患者的癌因性疲乏,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the cancer related fatigue （CRF） and quality of life （QOL） of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Randomized controlled trial had been performed, Brief Fatigue Index （BFI） and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer QLQ-C30 （EORTC QLQ-C30） had been used in the investigation on 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients, which aim to evaluate the variance of CRF and QOL between pre-intervention and post-intervention. Results The CRF and QOL of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were improved after nursing intervention projected directly to CRF. Conclusions Nursing intervention which aimed directly to CRF can effectively reduce the CRF of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and improve their QOL.
