实施循证护理对预防脑卒中患者并发症发生的临床观察

The clinical observation of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of cerebral apoplexy complication

目的探讨循证护理理论在预防脑卒中患者并发症发生的临床意义。方法选择脑卒中患者192例,随机分为循证护理组(n=96)和常规护理组(n=96),循证护理组运用循证护理理论,有效地解决患者的临床问题。结果循证护理组并发症的发生率为3.13%,常规护理组为7.29%,平均住院天数和平均住院费用比较,2组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论循证护理指导护理过程,强调以临床实践中的问题为出发点,防治并发症的发生,从而提高护理质量。

Objective To study the clinical significance of Evidence-based nursing theory in prevention of cerebral apoplexy complication. Methods 192 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups., the Evidence-based nursing group （ n = 96） and the routine nursing group （n = 96）. The clinical problems of the patients in the test group were effectively solved with Evidence- based nursing theory and the control group was only going the routine nursing mode. Results The occurance rate of the complication in the Evidence-based nursing group was 3.13 % and that in the control group was 7.29%. There were significant differences when compared between the two groups in terms of the average days in hospital and the fees paid by the inpatients （P〈 0.05） . Conclusions The Evidence- based nursing can be used as a guidance in the nursing process, which takes the problems in the clinical practice as the starting point to prevent the occurrence of the complication of Cerebral apoplexy, and thereby improving the quality of nursing.
