摘要
在乙烯装置不停车的情况下,利用原炉型框架,采取加固钢结构,更换部分对流段炉管,应用U型急冷锅炉,提高热负荷等措施,将中原乙烯BA-104裂解炉由35 kt/a SRT-Ⅳ-HS型至成功改造为50 kt/a级的CBL-Ⅴ型。
This paper introduces the revamp of cracking furnace,through which the capacity of cracking furnace is increased from 35 kt/a to 50 kt/a by means of rein- forcing steel structure,replacing convection section, applying“U”TLE,and increasing heat load,etc.Dur- ing the reconstruction of the cracking furnace,the ethy- lene plant did not shut down.
