摘要 茶氨酸是茶叶特有的1种氨基酸,是绿茶中有效的呈味物质,含量直接决定茶叶的品质。根据国内外已有的研究成果对茶氨酸的生理作用做一全面综述,并对其与运动的关系做一简要评述。其生理作用有降低血压、抗肿瘤、提高学习和记忆能力、放松、神经保护、抗疲劳、减轻体脂、免疫。茶氨酸是1种十分安全的、无毒的食品添加剂,可以提高运动能力,加速运动后疲劳的恢复,因此,可考虑将茶氨酸作为运动饮料的添加剂。 Theanine, an amino acid found specifically in tea, is one of the tastier components, and its concentration determines the quality of tea. In this review, the theanine' s physiological effects are summarized, alongside with possible sport applications. These physiological effects include lowering blood pressure, anti-rumor, improving learning and memorial capability, relaxation, neuroprotective effect, anti-fatigue, decreasing fat accumulation, immune effect. Theanine, a safe food addictive, can improve sports' capability and accelerate relieving fatigue. So, theanine can be considered to be sport beverage addictive.
