不同叶位烤烟叶片主要物理性状和化学品质的差异分析 被引量:52

摘要 对不同叶位烤烟烟叶的外观质量分级、烟叶主要物理特性和主要化学成分结果进行了分析,结果表明。第1~6叶位烟叶分级结果和理化检测结果差异不明显,第16~21叶位的差异也较小,且其烟叶总体品质较差,可用性较低;而第7-15叶位的烟叶物理特性和化学品质差异较小,归属中部叶,由于其处于最有利的生长条件,烤后不仅多形成橘色烟且总体质量最佳. Experiments were conducted to grade the appearance quality of different position leaves and to analyse the results of main physical property and chemical components. The results show that the difference in grading, chemical component and physical property of 1 - 6 leaf is not obvious, so does the difference in leaves from 16- 21, which are totally worse tobacco leaf with a lower usage; But the physical property and main chemical components of the leaves from 7 - 15, had a weak difference, because the tobacco leaves as cutters were in the most favorable growth condition, and had more orange leaves and the best quality after curing.
