烟实夜蛾(Helicoverpa assulta Guenée)触角感器的超微结构观察 被引量:24

摘要 应用扫描电镜对烟实夜蛾成虫触角的外部形态结构进行了观察.结果表明,成虫触角上存在着7种感器,即毛形感器、刺形感器、腔锥形感器、锥形感器、耳形感器、柱形感器和腔乳头状感器.其中以毛形感器数目最多,并分为长毛形和短毛形2种.刺形感器分为长刺形和短刺形.并对烟实夜蛾雌、雄成虫触角感器的种类和分布差异及与其相近昆虫的差异进行了讨论. The uhrastructure of sensilla on antenna of both female and male adult Helicoverpa assulta was observed with a scanning electron microscope. Seven types of sensilla were found. These were sensilla trichodea(Ⅰ and Ⅱ ), sensilla chaetica(Ⅰ and Ⅱ ), sensilla coeloconica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla auricillica, sensilla cylindric and sensilla cavitata-peg.The sensilla trichodea were the most numerous. In addition, two new types of sensilla, sensilla cylindric and sensilla cavitata-peg, were found, which haven't been reported up to date in the researches on insects of Helicoverpa. The differences between male and female adults in type , number and distribution of sensilla are discused.
