窗式空调器贯流风机的设计与实验研究

摘要 针对贯流风机用于有限尺寸大冷量窗式空调器系统中的特点,介绍了贯流风机的设计方法.首先采用气动设计计算确定叶轮的几何尺寸,计算蜗壳的有关参数,最后通过实验及分析,确定合适的蜗舌间隙和蒸发器位置尺寸,使贯流风机的风量和噪音满足所设计的空调器性能指标的要求. In accordance with the characteristics of the cross-flow fan that adopted in large capacity window air conditioner with limited volume, a design method of the cross-flow fan was introduced in the paper. With aerodynamic calculation method to define the cross-flow fan sizes, a relevant parameter of the volute case was calculated. Based on the experiment and analysis, appropriate volute throat gap and the evaperator position were selected to make the flow and noise of the cross-flow fan meet the request of air conditioner performance parameter.
