摘要 以铝合金轮毂生产为背景,利用有限差分原理开发出适应于复杂工艺的凝固模拟软件。该程序综合考虑低压铸造中边界换热的复杂情形,即对不同的边界单元,采用不同的换热方式。对工艺流程采取了分段处理的方式以加快计算速度,并针对多风道工艺的处理提出了相应的解决办法。对一个实际生产的轮毂进行了凝固过程模拟,所得结论与实际基本符合。 A solidification software suitable for complex process in low pressure casting has been developed based on the FDM through production of aluminum alloy automobile wheel, in which complicated conditions of boundary heat exchange in low pressure casting was considered, where different heat exchange modes were treated for various boundary elements. Different time-stages are adopted to accelerate calculated speed in processing simulation, meanwhile, the corresponding solved method was given for treating multi-wind channels in mould structure. The simulated results are well in agreement with practical ones.
