摘要
金属基纳米复合材料(MMNCs)兼有高的强度和良好的韧性,是金属基复合材料(MMCs)的一个重要发展方向。但是,无论是采用液相铸造法还是固相烧结法,欲制备纳米颗粒增强的块体金属基复合材料均相对困难。综述了国内外制备块体金属基纳米复合材料的工艺原理、结构特征和主要性能,并展望了其发展和应用前景。
It is a developing tendency of MMCs (metal matrix composites ) to develop the MMNCs (metal matrix nano-composites)with high strength and excellent toughness. However, it has difficulty in preparing nano-particle reinforced bulk metal matrix composites by either liquid casting or solid sintering technologies. The technological theory, structure and properties of bulk MMNCs were expounded , and its development and future tendency were described also.
