摘要 抽芯距离长、包紧力大的侧向抽芯机构是压铸模设计的难点之一,采用斜销-齿条-齿轮二次抽芯机构解决了这一问题。该机构先用刚性较强的斜销抽拔型芯去除包紧力,开模至一定距离,固定在定模上的齿条开始与齿轮啮合,齿轮转动带动齿条的滑块,使滑块带动型芯完成抽芯。设计了模具结构,论述了模具工作原理,给出了压铸工艺参数,并说明了模具在具体使用中应该注意的问题。 It is one of the difficulties in the die-casting design for the design of the lateral core-pulling with long distance core-pulling and great closed forces, so the secondary core-pulling mechanism with angle pin, rack and gear has been used to solve the problems. It uses angle pin with high rigidity to pull core firstly, and when the mould is opened to a certain distance, the rack fixed on the fixed die begins to mesh with the gear, and the gear drives the sliding block with rack to finish the core pulling. The mould structure has been designed, and the working principle has been discussed. The technical parameters as well as practical problems in the mould have been given.
